SALON POLICY
Color Clients
We offer T Shirts or coverings for all color services, to be worn under our draping. Please ask your Colorist to provide
one for you so your clothes will be protected.

Color Guarantee
We guarantee our color services with-in the following guidelines. With purchase and use of a color care kit. If you are
having a color done that we have advised will not last or we have explained this color can not be guaranteed we will not
honor a color guarantee. We will not refund cash back, we will fix the color, if you prefer another stylist or the owner can
assist in correcting your color.

Smoothing Treatment Guarantee
We guarantee our smoothing treatments with purchase of a smoothing care kit, and if directions for maintenance have
been followed. We will not refund cash back, we will redo your smoothing treatment if it does not take the first time.

Late Policy *
Appointments that are 15 minutes late are taken at the discretion of the stylist.
Appointments that are more than 15 minutes late will be rescheduled for a later day and time.

Cancellation Policy *
24 hour notice is preferred for appointment cancellation.

Cancellation with notice:        I will allow a minimum 1 hour cancellation notice with out penalty. Client's who repeatedly
cancel their appointments with less than 12 hour notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the base cost of their
scheduled appointment.

Cancellation without notice:        Clients who no-show their appointment will be charged
50% of the base cost of their appointment service.

Return Check Fee
All returned checks will be charged an additional $39.00 to cover the cost of bank and processing fee's. The original
amount of the check and fee must be paid in full within 7 working days.

* Emergency Situations
I realize that life sometimes gets away from all of us, or that sometimes illness or emergency's arise. Fee's and penalties
may be waived in these Emergency Situations, stylists will have final say on what penalties/fess will be waived.
