1997 Graduated from a Pivot Point International Academy. Two year coarse completion, for hair,
facialand nail cosmetology.
1997 Passed my Oregon Health Licensing Board of Cosmetology Tests.
1997 Issued my Oregon Board of Cosmetology; Hair, Facial and Nail license.
1997 ISO Perm Class, perm techniques.
1998 Certificate of Achievement for "Colorpath" for the successful completion of the prescribed
courses for the scientific and artistic principles of "Colorpath" Hair Color Educational System.
1998 Certificate of Achievement for "Perm Design" for successful completion of the prescribed courses
of the scientific and artistic principles of Perm Design.
1999 Presented a certificate of advancement from Matrix Institute of Professional Development.

2003 I had the amazing opportunity to receive special color education in Seattle, Washington with the
US Color Educator for IT&LY Hairfashion. The education was a wonderful experience and I
have maintained an excellence in color education and color training ever since. I am now a
trained regional color educator for IT&LY Hairfashion, the same color line I use in the salon.
2003 Received my Certificate of Attendance and Completion of the Colorly Technical Certification
Program.

Time to learn a little more about your stylist Sara T.
When I begin with a new client, I like to understand the client's hair
needs. I learn how: they live, they spend their time and much time,
effort and maintenance they would like to apply to their hair. The
initial meeting is like going on a semi-blind date. They're somewhat
familiar with my work when they call me, but it boils down to
chemistry and trust. You become very close to clients during the
process- better make sure you like each other.
I began cutting and coloring hair in 1997 and have enjoyed every
minute of it. I have taught color theory in Oregon since 2003, and
have assistade and advisded in many color correction applications in
salons in Eugene and Salem, Oregon. I continue my education in hair
design and color by taking classes on new techniques and cutting
procedures for the latest styles.
